How to Donate

WOW! Thank you so much to all those who have already reached out with such love and support. You will be amazed at what your contributions do for these children!

Since I know it’s hard at times to keep track of emails, I’m posting the donation procedures here so they are available any time you’re ready! ;-)

Personal Check to Habitat: Please make checks out to Habitat for Humanity International, put my name, my ID# 9317-3774, & "Mozambique GV 10116" in the “memo” portion at the bottom, and mail it to Global Village at Habitat for Humanity International, 121 Habitat Street, Americus, GA 31709-3498. Make sure your current address is on the check because that is where your tax-deductible receipt will be sent.

Phone: You can call the Habitat-Global Village office at 1-800-HABITAT, extension 7530 to give them your credit card information. Make sure you give them the trip event number (GV 10116), my name and ID# 9317-3774.

Online: Go to https://www.habitat.org/cd/gv/participant/participant.aspx?pid=93173774. Click on the words to the right, "make a donation” and it will walk you through the process. If you do not receive your tax-deductible receipt in the mail within a few days, let me know.

Very Special Note: Unfortunately due to problems Habitat has had in the past, participants are no longer able to use money donated through the Habitat system for airfare costs ($1700 of my $6000 goal). If you would be interested in putting your generous gift towards my airfare costs you can do so by donating through PayPal to halfhilld@yahoo.com or if you prefer to send your donation in cash or check, send a me a note and I’ll send you my mailing address. While I will not be able to provide you with a tax-deductible receipt if you donate through this method, I will surely send you all the love and gratitude one 5’6 girl can muster! ;-)

Again, thank you … from the bottom of my heart! I’m truly blessed to have you all as a part of my life. Thank you again!
